Quick Start
Follow these steps to get started quickly. By the end of this guide, you will have installed the app, signed in, connected your first cluster, and explored your resources.
Install & Launch​
First, install the app on your preferred platform (Desktop, Mobile, IDE Integrations, or Web).
- No installation is required for the web version.

Create Account & Sign In​
Launch the app and create your Visualkube account.
- Tap Sign Up and enter your email and password.
- Check your email for the OTP code and enter it in the app.
- Once verified, you are signed in.
Note: This step applies to Cloud plans (Free Plus & Premium) only. Local Free users can skip this.
Connect Your First Cluster​
Let's get your cluster added to Visualkube.
- In the dashboard, click 'Add Cluster'.
- Upload your
kubeconfigfile or enter cluster credentials. - Once connected, the cluster will appear in the dashboard.
Tip: The kubeconfig file is typically located at ~/.kube/config on macOS and Linux.

Explore Your Resources​
Now that you're connected, let's see your cluster in action without the command line.
- Navigate to the Workloads view to see all your Pods and Deployments.
- Click on any Pod to view its live status, resource usage, and other details.
- Select the Logs tab to stream logs in real-time, just like
kubectl logs -fbut better.
